All homeowners at the time of purchase of their home should have been made aware that all properties within the Park Place boundaries were part of PID 6, and that homeowners were responsible to adhere to all the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) and the Park Place Neighborhood Association By-Laws.

By-Laws

The Park Place Neighborhood Association has established a set of By-Laws that all homeowners within the Park Place boundaries must adhere to as well as the CCRs.

The by-laws are filed in the Tarrant County Real Property Records for the purposes of notifying the public as to the existence and contents of the by-laws of Park Place Neighborhood Association Inc.
